How to delete your account
You can delete your Address Circle account and the personal information linked to it at any time.
You can delete your Address Circle account and the personal information linked to it at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1: in the app
- Open Address Circle and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Enter your current password to confirm.
Your account will be permanently deleted. While the request is still pending you can contact us to cancel it. Once deletion is complete, your account and data cannot be restored.
Option 2: by email
If you cannot sign in, email support@addresscircle.com from the email address registered on your account. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on the request.
What we delete
- Your profile and contact details
- Identity documents you uploaded for verification
- Your account login and the records tied to it
What we keep, and why
- Identity-verification records, where legal, tax, or regulatory rules require us to keep them
- Information needed to resolve an open dispute
- Backup copies, which may remain for a short time before they are removed
- Records of your app activity that were already shared with our analytics partners, Meta and Microsoft, which they hold under their own rules. Email us if you would like us to request their deletion.
