Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using Address Circle.
1. Acceptance of these terms
Address Circle is a platform operated by The Address Investments. By creating an account, downloading the Address Circle app, or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.
2. Who can use Address Circle
Address Circle is intended for real estate agents, brokerage companies, and freelancers working in the Egyptian real estate market. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
- You must register with accurate, current information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your login details confidential.
- One person or company may not operate multiple accounts to claim rewards more than once.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
3. What the platform provides
Address Circle connects agents with developers and offers a set of services around that relationship. Each service has its own conditions, which are shown at the point you use it:
- Masareefak Express: partial instant commission on a closed deal, subject to verification and to the limits shown at the time of the request.
- Sell & Win: rewards unlocked as verified deals accumulate toward published milestones.
- Refer & Win: earnings from brokerage companies you refer, once they meet the qualifying conditions.
- Calculate Your Commission: an estimate based on the developer, project, and unit price you enter.
- Preferred Agent: recommendations of developer sales agents to help you progress a deal.
4. Commission figures are estimates
Figures produced by the commission calculator are estimates based on the information entered and the commission rate applied at that moment. They are not an offer, a guarantee, or a commitment to pay. The amount actually payable is determined by the signed contract for the deal and by the developer's confirmation of it.
5. Rewards, payouts, and verification
Every deal, milestone, and referral is subject to verification before any amount is paid. We may ask for the signed contract or other supporting documents. Where a submission cannot be verified, or where the qualifying conditions are not met, the related reward or payout will not be issued.
- Reward tiers, rates, and qualifying thresholds may change. Changes apply from the date they are published and do not reduce a reward already confirmed.
- Referral earnings depend on the referred company meeting its stated minimum sales volume.
- Taxes and any statutory deductions on amounts you receive are your responsibility.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use Address Circle lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you agree not to:
- Submit false, altered, or duplicated deal information, contracts, or referrals.
- Misrepresent yourself, your company, or your relationship with a developer or client.
- Share client or developer information you are not entitled to share.
- Interfere with the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or extract data by automated means.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and withhold any unpaid reward connected to the breach.
7. Third parties
Address Circle works alongside developers, partners such as E-Spaces, and other third parties. Their own terms govern the services they provide, including workspace access and any legal support offered through them. We are not responsible for a third party's decisions, availability, or performance.
8. Intellectual property
The Address Circle name, logo, app, website, and their contents belong to The Address Investments or its licensors. You may use them only as needed to use the platform. Anything you submit remains yours, and you grant us permission to use it as needed to operate the services and verify your deals.
9. Availability of the service
We aim to keep the platform running reliably, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it, including individual services and reward programs.
10. Liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits or opportunities, or for decisions you take based on an estimate produced by the calculator. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Closing your account
You may stop using Address Circle at any time and ask us to close your account. We may close or suspend an account where these terms are breached, or where we are required to do so by law. Verified amounts already due to you remain payable.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the date above shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Address Circle mobile app
These terms apply in addition to the terms above when you use the Address Circle app on a phone or tablet. Where the two differ, the section that deals specifically with the app applies to your use of it.
Accounts and approval
The app is for registered brokers and corporate brokerage teams in Egypt, and for adults aged 18 or over. Registering does not by itself grant access: an account may be pending, approved, or rejected, and we may decline or withdraw approval at our discretion.
- You must complete identity verification, which requires a valid Egyptian national ID or passport.
- Documents you upload must be genuine, current, and your own, or your company's where you are authorised to submit them.
- Corporate accounts may be asked for commercial registration and tax documents before approval.
- Some profile details cannot be changed after approval without contacting us.
Keeping your account secure
You are responsible for your login details, for the one-time codes sent to your phone, and for anything done through your account. Biometric unlock, where you enable it, is a convenience provided by your device and does not replace keeping your phone and password secure. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been used without permission.
Deals, contracts, and wallet records in the app
Pipeline entries, contracts, reservations, expressions of interest, commissions, and wallet balances shown in the app are records of activity, and remain subject to verification. A figure displayed in the app is not by itself confirmation that an amount is due or payable.
- Only upload files you are entitled to share, including any client information they contain.
- Do not submit altered, duplicated, or fabricated contracts or supporting documents.
- We may correct or reverse a record found to be inaccurate, duplicated, or unverified.
Notifications
The app sends notifications about your account, contracts, and wallet activity. You can turn push notifications off in your device settings, but we may still contact you by SMS or email where a message is needed for security or legal reasons.
Other apps and services
The app can open other services on your phone, such as your dialer, WhatsApp, or your email client. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms, and conversations you have there are not handled by Address Circle. Your use of the app is also subject to the rules of the store you downloaded it from.
Updates and availability
We may release updates, change features, or stop supporting older versions of the app. Some updates are needed to keep the app working or secure. The app depends on your device and your internet connection, and we cannot promise it will be available without interruption.
Suspending an account
We may suspend or close an app account where verification fails, where these terms are breached, or where we are required to do so by law. Verified amounts already due to you remain payable.
